Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for operations, personnel, marketing, and profitability of the department
• Train all advisors, technicians, and service porters on dealership procedures
• Observe, encourage advisors to secure customer loyalty
• Forecast sales, gross profits, and expenses
• Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all customers issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute effective customer relations policies
• Hold departmental meetings and set sales and service goals
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in a fast-paced service facility
• History of effective process management with ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Applicants must possess appropriate motivation, a focus on improving performance, a tactful approach to addressing issues, and quick judgment with independent decision making ability
• Strong orientation toward building sales, increasing customer count, and driving all key measurable results
